1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LotusLIFEtraining.com (the “Website”), including purchasing training, enrolling in memberships, or downloading materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.

2. Training Purpose & Disclaimer

The LIFE System is a biofeedback tool designed to support relaxation and stress reduction by detecting and harmonizing energetic patterns.

Disclaimer: The LIFE System does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition. The information and training provided on this site are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider.

3. Practitioner Responsibility

Lotus Biofeedback LLC and LotusLifeTtraining.com provide training in good faith, with integrity and professionalism. However:

• We are not responsible for how individual practitioners use The LIFE System.

• Practitioners are expected to operate within the scope of their local regulations and professional licenses (if applicable).

• We uphold standards of ethical conduct and expect all LIFE System Biofeedback Practitioners trained through us to do the same in both personal and professional interactions.

Any misuse of the system, false claims, or unethical behavior is not condoned and may result in termination of access to our site or services.

4. Membership Access

We offer multiple types of access:

• Basic Training Access – Includes course enrollment, materials, and 1-on-1 training.

• Basic Website Membership – Lifetime access for those who have purchased training or a LIFE System device through Lotus LIFE.

• Pro Membership – A subscription-based upgrade that includes additional content, group training, and support.

All memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including videos, guides, charts, branding, and training modules, are the property of Lotus Biofeedback LLC and are protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any training content without express written permission.

**The exception is software descriptions and marketing materials that practitioners may use to market their LIFE System biofeedback practice.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All digital course sales and memberships are non-refundable once access is granted.
You may cancel Pro Membership at any time, and no further charges will be applied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Biofeedback LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or misuse of the LIFE System

• Misapplication of training principles

• Practitioner-client relationships or actions

You agree to hold harmless Lotus Biofeedback LLC from all claims arising from your use of this website or related services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
